Show Notes
Today I want to share with you an easy way to make money without trading time for $$.
You know I love working once and getting paid multiple times. Some people call it “passive income” but there is nothing passive about it. It is investing your time now and getting paid later. This means when you are doing something fun later, like going on vacation, playing with your kids, or even sleeping, you are making money.
Think of it as an investment, just like your IRA or 401K, but instead of investing money, you are investing time, and maybe a little bit of money. Then, at some point in the future, you will earn money, over and over again!
I am an affiliate for other companies’ products, and I also have affiliates for some of my products such as my Foundations of Case Management Course (see Episode 35 Work From Home Nursing Jobs Series – Case Management) and my Utilization Management/MCG course (see Episode 36 Work From Home Nursing Jobs Series – Utilization Management).
Affiliate marketing is the process of earning a commission by promoting other people’s (or company’s) products. You find a product you like, promote it to others, and earn a piece of the profit for each sale that you make.
Affiliate Networks
- ShareASale
- ClickBank
- Amazon Associates
- eBay Partner Network (EPN)
To become an Amazon Associate, you must have an active website, blog, app, or YouTube channel. It’s also helpful if you’ve pre-populated that site with content, so it appears active and authentic to both users and Amazon.
